What Next After KCSE?
Students, parents, and mentors talk through results, work, and other paths into education, including colleges such as Tawuun.
KCSE results were straining houses. A grade became a fight between parent and child, and for some young people it became a stall: distress, drugs, a future that seemed to have closed.
The forum brought students, parents, counselors, and mentors into the same room. It covered career guidance, emotional support, and routes that are not the single path a family had imagined, including referrals to colleges such as Tawuun.
It was offered to youth of every faith. The aim was practical. Reduce the panic. Show that a result is not the end of a person.
