Annual Conference
Three days of retreat for women, now in its third year: tahajjud, mentorship, young mothers, and time together.
The annual conference brings women from different regions together for three days. It is run in the spirit of a retreat.
The days include:
- Collective tahajjud, led by women
- Conversations on the pressures of the present
- Youth mentorship
- A forum for young mothers
- Time to know one another
The gathering also speaks about influences that pull at Muslim identity, and about the steadiness needed to meet them. Attendance has grown each year. Sisters have left with accounts of what the three days did for them, and other regions have started similar conferences with Golden Hope’s guidance.
An additional one-day conference, open to both men and women, is planned around the Easter holiday.
